About
Let me introduce myself
I’m Emma White, Life Coach.

I’m a mother, a wife, a daughter, and a sister.
I have lived as a local and an expat.
I’ve been part of teams and worked independently. I’ve been both right and wrong, made mistakes, and celebrated successes.
I’ve experienced joy and sadness, fear and courage. Life is a delicate balancing act, and finding the right harmony takes time and effort.

Like many, I’ve navigated multiple transitions in my life and “worn many hats” along the way. Before starting my family I pursued an exciting and successful career in Investment Banking. I lived in Hong Kong with my family when my children were young, returning when my eldest son started his secondary education. On my return to the UK I sought coaching myself and found the personal insights I gained incredibly rewarding. This journey also sparked my passion for the coaching process, leading me to train as a coach.

My natural curiosity is the foundation of my coaching practice, and I continuously explore new insights in personal development and growth, drawing inspiration from leading experts in the field.

I bring all of these experiences and learnings into my work, helping both myself and my clients develop a life that is truly aligned with their values and aspirations.

Highly personalised
How I work
My coaching style is personalised for each individual client. I meet you where you are and help you move forward to a better place. I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and beliefs and to identify your goals. I draw on my NLP training and bring in other modalities that I feel may help on the journey.
